Do not go to this location! The trainers and teachers are extremely confrontational to the point where working out becomes uncomfortable. The teachers think that they can speak however they want to customers. It is always so busy and you spend most of your workout waiting for machines. Go to the Deerfield location, it's much nicer and less busy, plus the staff is nicer and always helpful.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Terribly dirty. People just do not care about cleanliness. This can be noted in the sauna. People walk sweaty & super dirty over there after exercise.Complete lack of knowledge about saunas and respect!!!!!!!! As well as the toilet. Half of them do not wash hands- shocking!!!!!!!!! For this reason, i have gotten MRSA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bacteria that can't be controlled by common antibiotics. I had serious leg infection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recently, I had the operation. Now i have big whole in my the leg.Treatment will take a time. Probably ill have big scar which gonna remind me about LA fitness to end of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Once the stuff cut out my lock by mistake didn’t secure the items. Promise to replace the lock and newer did. I didn’t insist but stopped using locker room. Special because Locker room is smelly. Very hard to find the parking space. I wouldn't say they have friendly stuff. But they are convenient located, it is only the reason I am there.

Disgusting. Smells from the moment you walk in. Carpets need to have a deep cleaning at least every 6 months. Cycle bikes broken. Bathrooms always gross. Showers and sauna gross. Cleaning staff needs to be upgraded. Management fires the best instructors multiple times. Not enough classes and times like there use to be. Hate it.

There is no customer service - air conditioning is always broken, 5 treadmills have no fans working and no mangers work on weekends! Happy to take your monthly payments but don't put any money back in to maintain facility. Takes a LOT to make me write a review - I'm totally done with that place!
