Unprofessional and dishonest at this location. While the workout was nice the 4 times I went, when I tried to cancel membership it was quite possibly the most horrific experience I have had with a gym. After being verbally told that my membership would be cancelled, they charged again. Calling and being verbally told it takes a month, and they had to charge for the last month, I understood, and they reassured it was the last charge I would see. It was not. Since it was obvious they are not professional and their word is a joke, I emailed. They continued to charge my account. Including after sending them more than one email with the cancellation form signed, as they seemed to only receive the emails I sent without the forms attached (They did reply to the emails I sent showing proof they received and read the attachment emails). They would be catty and sarcastic in replies. Mind you, my partner had cancelled his without hindrance because he was familiar with the people who worked there. So unless you know someone, you will be toyed with and they will never cancel you and continue to charge you forever. An absolute nightmare.
