I signed up for the 'free' 7 day trial. In the past 7 days I haven't been farther into the club than the office. I understand not allowing non-members during unstaffed hours but limiting the access to make it as hard as possible is just imbecilic. Being the only place for miles that offers 24 hour access to members is the only positive that this club has going. Customer service is nonexistent on the phone and barely acceptable in person. As a Marine Corps vet, I like to be in the gym quite frequently but for my money the drive to Lake Wales or Loughman will work just fine.
8 month membership of absolute CRAP. The gym was very small, always had kids running around inside, and I never ONCE met with a personal trainer, even after repeatedly asking about one. WAY overpriced for what little they offered and, when I went to cancel my membership, I WASN'T ALLOWED TO! I was refused the option to cancel my membership until I was able to pay THAT MONTH's membership PLUS a $150 cancellation fee UPFRONT! NONE of this was in the fine-print or contract and, when I had asked when I first signed up about cancellation fees, I was told it would be a very small fee and that it was "nothing to worry about". I had to pay an extra 2 months of membership (not using the membership as I had moved) just so that I could save-up for the the cancellation fee.
I just started going to the gym it's super nice it's got lot of good suff to do and what's so good abut it is the works tha help you wth everything and and I have been to a lot of gyms and this the best one so far it may not be the bigs but it's got more thin you can ask for
I stopped by this location to check pricing. When I walked in there were two employees talking in the front. They looked over at me and promptly went back to talking. After serveral minutes I was addressed as "oh... Can we help you? I asked about pricing and the woman proceeded to show me the gym. I asked for printed material and the woman said that they did not print material but if I gave my credit card that day she could work me a 2 year deal! A $30 key fee and $37 a month fee for 24 months, with only one personal trainer session for the whole 24 months. What a joke! Not to mention that the employees I could see were very overweight to be working in a gym. Any place that refuses to give you contract material is a sham.
I've been a member at this gym for almost a year and I could not ask for a better gym!! The staff is AMAZING & is always there to help. The Personal trainer is always helpful with workouts (even if you don't train with him). I highly recommend this gym to everyone!! Oh and by the way the comment from Rose about the staff being over weight isn't that like the "Pot calling the kettle black"!!
