I've been a member for several years now. I'm a Group Fitness junkie ;) but I like the awesome machines we have too. My favorite gym features are: the Instructor stage for group fitness classes, the Cardio Cinema (2 thumbs up! it has great sound and movie subtitles so the machine noises don't cause you to the dialogue, also has appropriate lighting, temperature & size of room & screen - definitely a treat!), the ladies-only gym area is fabulous too. The Women's restroom has improved as well, though access an area to change privately near the showers would be great. Overall, I very much enjoy Gold's Gym in Winter Haven and would highly recommend it! :)

I have only been a member here a short time but after 3 years at a different gym, the difference is apparent. The staff are more friendly and available and the other patrons are very nice and supportive. They brought in new equipment during my visit today which is something I have yet to see in the last 3 years of paying gym fees. Outstanding place!!

Gold's Gym Winter Haven is hands down the BEST gym in this area.....from the owners to the staff.....everyone is willing to help and always pushes you to try new things. The new Crossfit area is AMAZING and I'm so proud to be a part of it!!! Way to go Dave & Chris.....you guys ROCK!!!!

This gym is my second home. I love the management team: Tom, Noelle, and Brandi are wonderful! I have two children and they both go to the Extreme Kid Care. Tom's wife Tina works in their and she is fabulous with the children. Like I said it's a second home. Mrs. Angie is wonderful she takes great care of my children and she gives me feedback on how my kids are doing. I wear headsets while I work out and I can not hear the intercom, she calls me on my personal cell phone to let me know if I am needed in the Extreme Kids! (Great Customer service) Now the gym itself is big, kept clean, and there is something for everyone. There are classes, tanning, sauna, cardio cinema, lady's golds, racquetball, basketball, and of course free weights! They do need new dumb bells the cover on most of them are wearing off but that is because a lot of people use them! The personal trainers are always willing to help you if you need advice or have a question. If your looking for a gym come to this one they will take the time to get to know you and treat you like family! Welcome to Gold's!!
