Christine is a great trainer and it doesn't hurt that she has the latest and greatest in equipment to get you in shape. I started with her about 2 months ago and have lost 20 pounds since. She provides a great workout and also coaches you through healthy eating and healthy living. Besides losing weight, I have found that power plate training also works very well as a cross training tool. I began training for a triathlon a month after beginning Christine's class and getting back into biking and swimming has been much easier because of it. For me, having a power plate workout class to attend twice a week has made the difference between going to the gym no matter what and possibly not going. It is a fun group of people that attend the power plate classes, so there is a fun community feel to the whole thing.

iVibe Power Plate~ After working towards a good health and wellness program most of my life, I believe that I have finally found the complete package! This is an active workout, where I leave sweating, but only have to spend 30 minutes out of my day to do it. Christine is a very innovative and dynamic trainer/mentor. This is not only a physical workout, but a complete health and eating makeover and training program. I love the accountability of weighing in each week and turning in a weekly log of food and water intake and exercise. This is just what I needed!! Thanks Christine!
Having a 1.5 hour workout in 27 minutes is the perfect choice for me. Christine makes my workouts fun and ensures that I'm getting the maximum results. She is super motivating and really makes me want to push myself. If you're time crunched, yet want a full workout, PowerPlate is for you!
I have recently attended a community association managers meeting. All the managers at this meeting could and should use your system. Most have little time to do any kind of workout. They need YOU and I will try and sell the POWER PLATE 30 min. workout to at least my friends. It did wonders for me and I thought I was in shape till you worked me out on the PP.
