As another reviewer has already posted there are some very unfortunate clauses and fine prints as far as membership cancellations. I have grown frustrated with the entire auto renewal process and regret joining.
There contract is hard to get out of. They use a third party company to quit membership. You must right a letter or email, i have orders for deployment STILL PAYING!!! But wait It gets better! if you dont cancel before your auto renewal ends guess what.... Auto Renewal! Yeah I had no idea either. If you don't delete the auto renewal in time you are stuck again in there contract. This place is scammy. Stay away! They bounce between third party and actual company saying talk to the other for your problem, nothing gets resolved, Worst gym ever! ONLY want your money
