I started boot camp with Isaac by finding out about it through a Groupon deal. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew after the first class that I was going to love it! His programs are effective, and with his support, really helps push you beyond what you thought you were capable of doing. He's there to answer any questions, check your form, and offer motivation. The group atmosphere is great, lots of support and you have fun while you're there. Recently, I started working one on one with Isaac, and have already seen results. I feel more energized, and can feel myself getting stronger. He helped me develop and stick to a meal plan to optimize results. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend any of his programs for anyone! You won't regret it!
