Hello, I just signed up for the free trial and have been very impressed with the service so far! The facilities are in great shape, very convenient location, and great staff. I like that they were not trying to sell me on all the little extra's and were upfront about what types of plans were actually available. Honest and helpful for me!

The staff is SO INCREDIBLE at the Moscow club. No matter how silly the question, they are always willing and eager to help. I feel like a friend, not just a patron. The other members are friendly and considerate and it's by far the most comfortable I have ever been while exercising.

This has been once of the best gyms I have ever been to. They have everything that im looking for. The owners/employees are awsome and have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and that I'm a friend in their gym.

FOR CHRISTMAS LAST YEAR MY HUSBAND GOT ME A YEARS MEMBERSHIP. WHEN WE WERE FILLING OUT THE MEMBERSHIP PAPERWORK WE MENTION THAT WE WERE MILITARY AND WOULD BE MOVING CLEAR ACROSS THE COUNTRY PROBABLY. HE TOLD US THAT WE CAN USE IT ANYWHERE AND IF THERE ISN'T A FACILITY NEAR US WHEN WE MOVE THEN WE GET REFUNDED WHAT WE DIDN'T USE AFTER THE CANCELLATION. AFTER CANCELING IT BACK IN JULY, I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM. THE ONE TIME I DID THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET RIGHT BACK TO ME. IT'S ALMOST NOVEMBER AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEW SAYS, DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

The fitness center is a good facility. Unfortunately, the operators of the facility displayed very poor customer service. They kept charging me after I had canceled and said that I did not provide them with adequate canceling information. I apparently did not because an employee of theirs provided me with the wrong information. Instead of making things right, the owner/operator told me they fired that employee (as though I cared) and that they were sorry. They were apparently not sorry enough to right the wrong. They do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. BEWARE when speaking with them, be sure of your legal rights, and DO NOT trust what they say.
