I've been a member for a little over 2 years. Since then, I've witnessed a steady decline in service and quality of the facility. This past month has been the absolute worst. Today was my breaking point, with the gym a complete mess and the staff seemingly careless to the situation. The worst part was a female member was badly injured on the floor with her mobility impeded. She was completely ignored by all members of your staff while in tears, even after I informed a manager by the name of Brian... As an attorney, it is apparent that you don't put your managers through any formal management training, and that is cause for negligence. Your general manager's customer service skills are a joke, and his ability to run a facility and staff is even worse. You are putting your company at a huge chance of liability suit with this kid. I will be canceling my membership after this display.

I joined the Xsport Express in Batavia about a month ago and I am in love! Everything is always clean the staff is friendly and nice without being salespeople trying to push the new promotion down your throat. There is enough cardio and strength training equipment to go around and have an amazing selection of both. Now that they remodeled they have enough room for everything and can meet virtually every demand for each member. THE BEST PART IT IS ONLY $9.95 A MONTH. So if you live in the Batavia area this is the gym for you.

Good machines

This gym was rediculous. While the equipment and everything is nice, the service is terrible. I took the seven day free trial, the employee who signed me up for it explained nothing at all about the gym he just gave me a paper to sign for the free trial and that was it. I complained that he had not explained anything, and another employee told me he would make an exception and sign me up for a thirty day trial for $10. After looking at other gyms I decided this one was more expensive and had to send a certified letter to cancel the trial. I was then charged $48 for a membership which I did not even know I was signing up for. This place completely ripped me off, I would highly discourage anybody from going here.
