I signed up with this gym on a Friday at 10am and on Monday found out my insurance would cover 100% of my costs at another facillity. I called at 1pm on Monday and spoke with the manager at Charter. He said he couldn't cancel me because it had been more than the 3 days to cancel a business transaction! I had missed my window by THREE HOURS!?!?! Ridiculous! I tell everyone I know about this and won't step foot in there. I now use my FREE membership at the other club. Go to Anytime Fitness...they're FANTASTIC!

I'm 68 years old, never worked out in my life got absolutley no help! Wasn't the gym for me.
