I am training with Brett right now as well as jennifer and eloy, I have been there for a little over a month and I have never been so motivated to workout and change my life. without them I wouldn't have been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I already see a difference in my body and plan on going for a long time! I go three times a week and I look forward to it everytime I go in! Thanks guys!!
Right Time Fitness is the place to go for personal training. Brett personally provides you with motivation and education about fitness and nutrition, which will help you achieve your goals. The atmosphere is non-intimidating and extremely up-beat. The workouts are constantly changing, challenging, and fun. I would not go anywhere else for personal training, the place is wonderful.
Brett's a fantastic trainer! He pushes and motivates me beyond what I think I'm capable of doing while making it a fun experience. I enjoy the the convenience and atmosphere of a private gym and personal training sessions. I have been training with Brett for the past few months and have definitely seen results. When I first started I was at 15 percent body fat and am now down to 8.5 percent. Brett is encouraging and also straight to the point. He takes a lot of pride in helping people reach their goals. One thing about Brett is he actually works out with you, He's not one of those trainers that just stands around and tells you what to do. He's positive, encouraging, He's a great trainer. With his workouts and diet plan you will get to where you want to be. I highly recommend him.
