Thats my husbands experience that I made a mistake to join rock better join peak . I called them couple of time to cancel my memship they charged me for next month as I came late in person though I called earlier . They dint tell me that I owe them during my in person visit then they sended me the letter that my payment is due about 30 bucks for that month Actully it was 50 .they said they deducted 20 bucks cancelation charge wow to cancel we have to pay them . To join we have to pay them . We cant move from rockford before visiting in person. So better go some place where they understand your situation.
This place is awesome! There is plenty of space and equipment. I've never used the pool or hot tub, but they look great. There are always plently of fitness classes posted for anyone to join. The members and employees are always very friendly. I love working out here!
The Rock Swim & Fitness is a GREAT place to work out!! I love how clean and open it is so you never feel crowded or boxed in! The staff is very professional & helpful and the members are great! The Rock offers so many classes (that are free to members!) that there is literally a class for everyone! The extra amenities with the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi bring more benefits than most fitness centers in the area.
