If you are looking for a gym in the Fishers area, this is the place! Much smaller class sizes and a less intimidating environment than a lot of the chain gyms I have belonged to in the past. They offer a variety of classes and all of the instructors are really helpful and friendly. They often run package specials so be sure to check to see if other pricing/package options exist that aren't on the website yet. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I love the early morning group classes! Unlike other gyms, the staff is extremely helpful. The staff at 1 & only Fitness is super professional.The locker rooms rock! Always clean, great shower pressure, code lockers, and convenient amenities like deodorant, moisterizer, hairspray, mouth wash and more! The classes are really small and have top-notch instructors who really pay attention to your form and provide any modifications as necessary.

1 & Only Fitness is the best gym in the area! Awesome equipment, friendly staff, and a beautiful building! You can tell everyone there really cares not just about getting more memberships--they really want you to get healthy and happy. It definitely is a one of a kind place! Check it out!!!!
