First of all...the stylists I did meet were wonderful. The reason for going to the salon in the first place is because my friend was currently working there. My appt. was scheduled at 6:30 and I showed up 15 minutes early. I was having conditioning treatments, all over color, and a cut and style. And they supposedly close at 8. Around 8:30 during the two stylists Jenelle and Brittany were in the middle of coloring my hair...Sharion, manager/owner told them to clock out. And her knowing that they still had at least and hour to and hour and a half left on my hair. They still had to let color process and cut my hair. After rinsing color out I was a little surprised about how bright the color was next to my scalp! I asked a simple question and got an "I'm Late I don't have time to be dealing with this" from Sharione. My response was this is not how you run a business. You don't force clients into color they want nor do you try to get them out as fast as possible because you are late for a date. It was not my fault what time I got schedule, nor was it my fault she closes her salon at 8! She then told me she didn't need clients like my type and to get the hell out of her salon. I did not say anything wrong, but I did say she shouldn't have her employees working off the clock b/c it is illegal. I love the stylist....but owner is a B*&%H!!
