Dionne is an awesome trainer. She is so good at inspiring you to do your best while you are in her gym as well as when you walk out the door. The atmosphere of the gym is relaxed but focused. She "changes up" the training so it is never routine or boring. I've been a member of many large gyms and also have trained with other personal trainers and Dionne is the best! I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone!

I have trained with Dionne since she started (and was a Jazzercise client before that). I work with her two times a week and she makes sure every muscle in my body is worked regularly. She provides quality workouts with support, advice, and suggestions on how to do it on our own! I do not have to think...she takes care of that for us...and every workout is great. Her gym is located in a beautiful setting and equipped with everything needed. Her practical training keeps us motivated and inspired to keep working. We get stronger and more fit every month. I have never had an injury. She monitors our progress and works to keep everyone fit and healthy. She monitors any physical or health issues her clients have and she researches to know everything she can to help us. I am in great shape and the credit goes to her. Dionne is a wonderful trainer who will become an important person in your life.
I've been a client of Dionne's for about 8 yrs. Going once a week for strength training has helped me keep most of the weight off that I lost through diet & exercise over the first 6 months that I trained with her. She mixes up the work-out with a variety of equipment and free weights. Her equipment is up to date, and it's a pleasant, relaxed environment. Having that appointment every week keeps me on track.
