Great Staff, Very clean and classy, a multitude of options to work total body out. All of the equipment is up to date and works. Very spacious and I hardly ever wait for use of any of the equipment. Been a member over 3 years now

I've been a member for about 5 years (through the transition to Life Time). I like this gym. I primarily swim and the pool is consistant temperture wise. The people are friendly. It is easy to access and equipment available. The price is reasonable.

The only reason I am still a member at this location is because of the location itself (It is right accross the street from work). I only use the gym 3-4 times a week and feel like 50% of the time I am there, there is only ice cold water in the showers or I have to go to the front desk to get a towel. There is always something wrong with the facility (whether it is the dryers or the hot water). When hopping on a treadmill it has become normal for me to try 2-3 treadmills before I find one that has a T.V. that works. I am paying decent money to go to this gym. I expect these issues from a $20/ month gym. Please look into investing more money into the facilites. The small things add up. On a good note, I do think most of the staff is friendly and the weight lifting equipment is in pretty good shape.

Just called to renew my membership asking if there were any specials and was told no and when I asked if there was any way I could get the monthly price I would like I was told i wouldn't be a member and hung up on.

I had the same problem as the reviewer below only it's been worse... I tried to cancel my membership by following the advice of their CS rep- Walk in store or send a letter to the gym site you would like to cancel from. After 2 letters and repeated follow up phone calls I am left with an "balance due" of $126. It turns out friends are having the same experience. Great gym before purchased by lifetime- now a nightmare to get anything done. Avoid at all costs and consider that you might just be getting what you paid for.
