They never use the lunk alarm. Even though there were guys there that would yell and scream when lifting. The guys working there were more worried about flirting with girls at the gym then doing much of anything else. I did like their equipment and atmosphere. However, the biggest complaint I have was when we cancelled because we moved out of the area. They told us that my wife and I both had to come in to cancel. My wife had moved before me for a rotation for med school. She was not able to come in. They told us that we could mail in letters approving the closure of our accounts. We did that. Half a month went by and I called to make sure they cancelled the account. I was told that they had not received anything. Convenient. I was going back into the city to finalize some stuff with work and stopped by and signed paperwork to cancel the account. They told me that it would take a couple days because they were switching systems on their computers. The account was eventually closed after they charged us for the next months fees. I will never go back. What a way to screw someone over. Thanks Planet Fitness. I will be posting on every site I can.
Happy so far. Great hours and WAY better than LA Fitness. I love the 30 minute circuit.
don't waste your money. they don't like people that are in shape.
I havent had a staff member here that wasnt doing there job. Even when they are busy they might be quick and short but they're still polite. I've been to msnt of the planet fitness around indiana and the staff here are the best.
Everyone is always nice. No security issues. Always enough exercise equipment for everyone.
