Staff greet you when you enter/leave the gym. Everyone is friendly. Nice equipment. Most machines available or not very long waiting times. Would be 5 Stars if they would stay open longer than 9pm on Friday & the weekends. 24 hours during M-Th, but Friday plus the weekend is when most people have more free time but gym hours are limited. Would recommend to friend.

The treadmills suck. I have been on 7 different treadmills there and they all just cut completely off in the middle of running. Heart rate monitor on them are hit and miss if you use polar heart rate products as I do. This is not my home gym. My home gym has better treadmills that have yet to disappoint. It's just really frustrating when your trying to keep going and it decides to cut off.

So far-so good. What's not to love? But I'm aware that it's easy to sell memberships to a club that still smells new, with shiny new equipment and cool amenities. How you keep your members is through good customer service, an interested staff, keeping-up with maintenance, & keeping the place clean. I transferred from Charter down the street. Although Charter recently invested in an expansion/remodel; they simply to not maintain the facility. 3+ weeks to replace a cable? Trash cans overflowing? Very poor management.

Its very clean and has a 30 min workout that's great. The people are nice and friendly

This gym has let male workers into the women's locker room on at least two occasions once being on February 24, 2014. My wife was in the shower when a male worker had asked if everyone was decent. She and another member of the gym instructed the gentleman to give them a couple minutes to finish up their shower, but the gentleman let the workers in anyway to fix the sinks while she was naked in the shower. This is unacceptable.
