12/26/2014: CO-ED WOMEN'S BATHROOM. Witnessed a male, I believe to be a staff trainer, send a boy of about 10 years old into the women's locker room. The staff treat women's locker room as Co-Ed. DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO SAFETY ISSUES. 12/15/2014 entry edited on 12/17/2014: After a personal encounter of a male in the Women's showers, the front desk's reply was "there is no rule against it." The front desk is not at all helpful or caring of basic modesty/safety issues. I am concerned a real issue would be met with same inaction and severe injury could result. Women have no allowance for modesty or safety.
SOOO OVER CROWED!! I came in with a buddy, snuck in, poor staff who didn't even stop me to sign in, tried to work out, but EVERYTHING was being used. Waited 15 minutes for a piece of equipment before I could use it. I would of left if I didn't drive with a buddy. I like to get in, work out and be out within 45 minutes. That will NEVER happen here. I DO NOT recommend this place, unless you have 2-3 hours to work out/wait, then SURE! But over priced, over crowded and terrible. I joined Anytime Fitness, which is A LOT less crowded, more convenient and MUCH better priced.
They have a lot to offer. Knowledgeable staff who are extremely friendly and are there to help. They have great equipment even at peak hours.
I will say that this gym just not work out for me. They did stick to there word and refund me my membership. Make sure to read the contract. I just tried to soon to go back to gym. My baby is not fully vac. so it was a poor choice on my acct.
Stacy is a great trainer.....she left and is now at Anytime Fitness
