I had great results with Anytime Fitness back in Russellville, AR - built muscle mass, lost like 80 lbs. That said: If I could give the Anytime Fitness on Highland road 0 stars, I would. As of 8/29/2013, it's not open for business - there's cellophane all over the workout machines, looks like the ceiling is collapsed, place is cleared out, and the front door is padlocked. Not sure what happened, but you won't get a workout here. You'll need to go somewhere else.

Work out is geared towards me and my needs. I love my workout.
Love it. Very clean, spacious, plenty of equipment, clean bathrooms and showers, and good music playing. Wonderful place to workout. There's an initial fee of about $99 so be ready. The monthly fee tends to be between $40-$50 a month. Also, you must sign up for either 6 or 12 months. Totally worth it though.
Great gym, lots of equipment and can accommodate a lot of people.
