Equipment is a little outdated, but you get a great workout in nonetheless. Indoor pool is nice if it's too cold outside. Don't know of any gyms that have pools these days. Great feature and I'll take that any day over new equipment.
The facility is not a YMCA facility and the staff is okay but changes frequently. They do not have much experience with how to help you exercise because they are not avid in doing it themselves. You can tell who their frequent customers are and seem to have more knowledge and are more helpful then the workers themselves..
The manager was a little creepy and the facility is sort of nasty. There is mold on the sauna wall and they have closed their outdoor pool because it is not up to code. They lack in workout equipment and seem to appeal to an older crowd. If you are younger than 45 this may not be the scene you wish to be around. Majority of places seem to have youth who workout throughout the day but the only youth that are there are the workers who seemed to be ill trained and do not know their way around a weight. My suggestions is to try the Manship that is not far AT ALL from down the road or one of the other many facilities who seem to be more with it.
