Allies is my one stop shop! I go there for the health club, leg waxing, massages, you name it. The service is absolutely fantastic, the staff caters to you like you are the only woman there. Each room has a certain tranquility about it and puts you in a relaxed and carefree mood! The health club is also fantastic because there is a workout room with all the equipment you will ever need and fantastic workout coaches as well! I came from curves and never got this great of help needed for weight loss! I would suggest allies to anybody you will never be disappointed!

I am currently undergoing LPG ONE treatments at Allie's Day Spa and I am definitely seeing results. Painful and costly Liposuction (done on my thighs) results were lumpy and work-outs were not honing in there. Allie does these treatments personally and is so accomodating, hard-working and fun to be around, and my thighs are beginning to smooth out, hallelujah! (AND the health spa is complementary!) Allie is a great motivator, too, so it's no wonder that she's been in this business all these years! I will update results after completion of all of the sessions.....but things are looking good!!

Everything went very well when I had a massage at Allie's Figure and Day Spa. She worked out every part that I asked her and was very nice and polite. I would recommend her to anyone. I feel great and will certainly be back soon.

I have lost a total of six pounds and after a few sessions at Allies Figure and Day Spa my skin is toned and smooth. I look forward to ever session, and I cannot wait to go in again. I just feel so much better after going. I am very pleased with them.
