My husband and I have been going here almost 2 years in the beginning we were not real pleased. Now that they have expanded and done some upgrading it is awesome! The staff has always been great!!! We don't like to see so many staff members come and go like they do, makes us think that Planet Fitness is really hard to work for!! The staff are working hard all the time we are there. We own a business and that is what we like to see dedicated employees!!! We have never had a problem with our billing it comes out of our account every month just like they explained in the beginning!

I was a member here a couple years ago and drifted away for various reasons. I finally got myself back into the mindset of wanting to work out, and went in today to sign up again. During just the sign-up process, they rang that huge, irritating buzzer twice. Any small thump in the building, that might be a weight being dropped, sends the power-tripping desk jockey to the buzzer. I didn't even notice the thump, or whatever the trigger was, but that buzzer is startling to anyone even close to that area. When I questioned the person about the buzzer, he said 'if you don't like the buzzer, don't drop the weights'. That doesn't much help me if someone else drops them though. I canceled the sign-up procedure and will try Snap Fitness.

I like this place. Not sure what the lady above is talking about (getting hit on allot) nobody really talks to eachother unless they came together. They do need some scales though.kind of odd that a gym doesn't have them. And they need to make it clear to wipe down the machines with a new paper towel each time. I've seen people pulling used towels out of their pockets. YUCK. The alarm really isnt even that loud and they don't ring it very much.

8-23-13 Repeated requests to fix the foot straps on the upright bikes are ignored and vinyl covers on a number of machines are badly deteriorating. 9-30-13 update. The gym is much cleaner lately and the vinyl covers have been fixed(they can't seem to get all the foot straps fixed on the bikes though). The large fans are a great addition, moving air finally. Hate to see the crowds start back in again though. The gym is a great value overall. 4-1-14 Gym dirty, empty paper towel holders all over. Looks like they have reduced staffing. The help seems rushed and overwhelmed.

WORST GYM EVER -- terrible customer service and ridiculous rules. What a joke.
