I have given this place a year to see if things would change but it hasn't. I started out at the Edge in Hernando which is GREAT! However, the Southaven location is HORRIBLE! Half the time my key card doesn’t work – I’m not sure if they have system issues or if the box where you scan in is being TAPED to the wall causes issues. There are maybe 4 classes – sometimes. But worst of all is how disgusting it is in the women’s bathroom! While most people probably do not use the facilities to their full potential and therefore do not care, I go to the gym and then to work which means Id at least like to shower. With the two shower options, one doesn’t have cold water (scalding hot water only) and the other one (which is functional most of the time) is so gross I feel like I’m at the showers at Sardis. There are bugs EVERYWHERE (including inside the light covers), spider webs in every corner; no paper towels EVER and stains all over the walls and in the toilets. Once I realized how bad the bathroom was I started paying attention to the gym area and it doesn’t get much better. If they don’t scrub a toilet or dust railings ever so often … I seriously doubt the clean the machines at all. I have canceled with them.
