Horrible management, they care about the money and not the people. Heard the same from other people I work with as well. Stay away

BEWARE MILITARY MEMBERS AND/OR SPOUSES! Find another gym! I was drawn to this fitness center due to the guarantee of waiving cancellation fees for military members and spouses. I signed the contract under the false promise that if I presented orders, I'd be allowed to cancel my membership with no penalty or fees. This is completely bogus! Not only did they charge me a $99 cancellation fee, they also charged me for the following month after we move! I'm very disappointed in their sales tactics and taking advantage of military members' good faith just to make a buck.

I just read the last three reviews and had to respond. I have gone to this gym for one year and have been pleased. I have found it to be clean and well run. I can not address the complaint someone had about canceling their contract because that has not applied to me, but I just have had no problems. The staff has been polite (and not pushy like some reviewers stated), and the atmosphere of the gym is relaxed and friendly. The gym also just replaced all their treadmills with new treadmills so they are keeping the equipment up to date. All in all, I have no complaints, I like going there, and would recommend them.

Honestly, I would give this place negative stars if I could. We are a military family who were told we could cancel our Spa membership at anytime with military orders. This has NOT been the case. We sent them our membership cancellation forms in August and finally got an email confirmation from Renee (who will still not respond to my calls or emails) of our membership being completely cancelled in late September. Then, they continued to charge us and have their financial company call us multiple times per day to collect money for a membership that had supposedly been "cancelled". However, according to the financial company the Spa had never actually cancelled our account in September. So basically they lied to get more money. They continue to charge us each month for our memberships even though they have all of our cancellation paperwork and cancellation fees. We call and email them and they either never respond, or say the lady in change of cancellations is sick or on vacation. We filed a dispute through the BBB and of course no response their either. Our next step will be a lawyer. Please save yourself time and money and don't sign up with the Spa. They really know how to screw the many military families who live in and around Fayetteville. Its disturbing.

I love going to the Bordeaux spa! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that the membership comes with free classes and childcare. My kids love going to the nursery, and its comforting knowing that they are being well taken care of while I workout!
