I started a few months ago. The staff is super nice, knowledgable and supportive. Coming from the military i expected a totally different experience. This was unexpected in a very positive way. They don't make anyone feel self conscious and are motivating and supportive. I've been in strength and conditioning training since age 12 then into the military, the knowledge and skill they apply far surpasses anything I've experienced. Love this place.

Best place for getting fit. The staff here is really friendly, pretty much a family. They know what they are doing and the environment is great. Highly recommended!
