The Staff at the Kernersville location is super sweet! This is probably the cleanest gym I've ever been too! Showers always clean! Staff is always working hard. If I ever have any fitness questions the trainer is knowledgeable and very helpful! It is nice they are 24/7 also!

First I would like to say the Staff at this location is great! Love them! Always friendly, always working and cleaning, very informative when I have any questions! This is a great gym from which I've lost ALOT of weight with! So Thank You Planet Fitness and Thank You Kernersville Staff for being so kind and helpful! Second I would like to say Jarrett Cook when you signed up did you sign up in person or online? If you signed up in person, I know for a FACT that they went over that information with you on their Annual Fee Policy as well as their Cancellation Policy. You have to sign it and initial it before you become a member..as long as you sign up in their facility..if you sign up online that is YOUR issue to read over the fine print. ALSO, you RECEIVE a copy of that agreement for which you initialed and signed that you understood it, if you sign up online you are emailed a copy..sooo either way you get a copy. I see them signing up people everyday and it's the same routine in each situation as they go over that information constantly every single day. Also, if you listened to them (refering if you signed up in the gym) they explained that there is a $10 service fee each time your payment is returned due to INSUFFICIENT FUNDS...that's YOUR fault that the money wasn't in the acct not theirs. Also, I'm guessing you had the Black Card membership, that membership has a $39 annual fee each June 1st and if you recall they have a notice throughout the facility reminding you that the annual fee is coming out June 1st, I remember seeing it up on the doors, counter and lockeroom AND it also states it on your agreement that you initialed and signed and given a copy of (if you signed up online you received a copy of that agreement to your email). ALSO it states on the agreement that to cancel your membership you need to either go into the facility in person or send a letter certified and obviously the reason it's certified is for your benefit because you receive a receipt showing you sent the letter to them. You must be an idiot....from reading your review you seem like a douche bag and really need to read and pay attention to stuff you are signing up for. And if I was Carlos and I read your review I'd take that as a threat. You sir are very unprofessional and an idiot.

So I have been paying Planet fitness 19.99 a month for a year now. I called today to try to cancel my membership and was told that I had a balance of almost $80 and that I could not cancel my membership until I paid the money that I owed. First of all, I don't owe them a dime and was told that the $39.99 yearly fee would be waived because they screwed up and took money out of the wrong account and costed me about $70 in overdraft fees. I called today and asked that my membership be discontinued. They refused to do so unless I paid the money and did it by certified letter or in person. I will be sending them a letter because I don't want to go to jail for pounding on Carlos's face and I am on the phone now with my friends at BOA to make sure they can't take any more money out of the account again. So good luck Carlos on getting anymore money out of me you sorry sack of ….

This particular gym has a lot of work out equipment. Its a gym some hours are better then others to attend. The tanning beds even though you have to clean them yourself, why wouldn't you? you never know if the person before you cleaned it or not. it's not that hard to spray the spray on it and wipe it off. Along with the workout equipment. Its rather common sense to clean before and after, like i said you never know what the people before you have or done. furthermore, the staff is ok, depending upon the time of day you go they get real busy, that is nothing new every job has there busy times.EVERYTHING is ALWAYS CLEAN!!!!!
