I love this gym, been in the community for years, but I update my credit card on file, and it seems like management cares more about money than customer service! People at counter are friendly, but it's not my fault I have updated my card 3 times and they can't get their money... Very frustrating ugh
This gym is great... it is older but fairly well maintained; however some of the eliptical's are in need of replacement: the heart rate monitors may or may not work, they squeak, or pound or wobble or do any one of 100 things that will drive you nuts if you are on them for any length of time. That being said, the rest of the gym is great.... They have enough equipment that there is seldom a wait for anything; the rest of the equipment is maintained well enough. There are plenty of free weights and benches. Additionally, the staff and people using the gym are great. Basically everyone is friendly and down to earth.

Facility Needs an UPGRADE !!! Holding bins on the elipticals are filled with debis, eliptical machine heart rate monitors do not work. Have confronted staff several times about elipticals not working properly, they still have not been repaired. This facility needs a serious upgrade, I hope corporate headquarters sees this rating. I really like that this facility is in the heart of old Henderson,we need an upgrade in our only 24 Hour Fitness Facility
