DO NOT COME HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. there us hidden charges once you cancel. I was told by a girl named JC that there would not be a late fee because I changed my payment info on time but lo and behold she left no notes about it on my account so I'm screwed anyway.
Not only the worst gym experience ever, but probably one of the worst customer service experiences in general ever, all the way up the ladder. My simple question about membership turned into two months of hassle and lies, no return calls, etc. If big and cheap is all you're after go with planet - kinda like the walmart of gyms. If u want a good gym, go with anybody else.
This place is so bad dont join. They don't care about you and will take your money. I have moved over 20 miles away from the closes gym and they will not cancel my contract. I have tried to talk to the manager and he keeps hanging up on me. I would not waste your money on this gym they are cheap but in the end they will rip you off.
All it need is a steam room or sauna and that will make it a five star gym.
Great place for the money you can't join any other gyms for what planet fitness charges
