Love it!

My swim suit was burned from them using the wrong chemicals in the pool . I had skin problems for weeks, after this horrendous experience as did my whole class that was in the pool . The pools are disgusting and the bathrfooms are third world . Manager never followed up with us on correcting the issues . The following week an injury bandage was floating in the pool with blood and infection on it at the bottom . I sent the pictures of it to the corporate headqaurters and then a phone call was made to me with a bunch of market speak . The health department was called and I was told that the complaints are piling up. save your money -avoid this sickening place at all costs

This was the closest 24 Hour Fitness to my house when I moved to the area. I had been working out for a month and a half when a staff member stopped me at the door and said she would have to set me up with a member of the sales staff to figure out how much more I would have to pay to continue to working out at that facility. There was nothing about the gym that makes it different than any other 24hr other than Agassi's name and the fact that scratchy towels are provided. I should have been told immediately that I was allowed to work out there because they were constructing another gym nearby. I left feeling tricked and pretty upset that I had found a place to work out, but would have to go find another. I wouldn't pay extra per month even if it were only $5. Poor tactics and nothing to create value for the extra $$$.

3 different representatives giving me different information. This business is run by a bunch of teenage kids. They have no clue about the business. The guy I spoke to on the phone, Nathan, probably just to get me into the building, told me that if I wished to stop my account for a month after paying an outrageous $260 dollar fee, I could stop it for however long I wanted, then I went there in person and he told me I was charged $15 dollars to freeze a month, and if I didn't warn them, I would have to pay the $260 again. The staff don't even know from what time there sales team is there. I was very enthusiastic about this gym, but after I have seen the lack of knowledge of the works, not so much.

Gym Facilities are fine, no complaints there. Other Facilities - Well below Average. This is a Super Sport Location, meaning you pay extra to go to a "premiere" facility. Locker rooms: Towels are frequently unavailable because no one simply replaces all of the used towels. Showers: Noticeably uncleaned, barely maintained, missing grout. Spa has had periods where it is "out of order" so thanks for your patience. It's cleanliness is also questionable. The ceiling of the pool/ jacuzzi area is dirty & darkened in some areas. There are some nearly exposed ducts. This Super Sport "premiere" location is very much a let down and just a sign of bad business. Too bad for its members. Advice: Look at alternative Health Club.
