The gym is GREAT and has amazing, updated equipment... My wife and I signed up for a Physiq Membership about 3 months ago. I'm a previous online fitness coach, and as Newlyweds working hard to get our lives together, we knew that the next step would be to get into great shape. After I recently landed a great job, the door to that opportunity opened. We decided to join Physiq, due to all of the medals and awards it has won for Best in the Mid Valley. And the joining process, super easy. Upon going to the gym the first day, all of my expectations... Well.. I spent more time maneuvering around the gym trying to find equipment to use, then I actually spent working out. This isn't the case... All of the time. Saturday mornings are okay. Sundays are okay. Aside from those times, you're going to do more dancing around than anything else. I now have the pleasure of going back INTO the GYM to cancel my membership, along with my wife and son's membership. Update: Just called in to confirm, and learned that there is NO fee for cancellation.... BUT they do charge your card ONE more time for each account. It's easy to sign up. Online. Simple click of a few buttons. On the positive side, everyone that works / and works out at Physiq Fitness is pretty nice. They have a nice staff. And a good clientele. As for my wife and I, Spending half of our workout maneuvering around people --- even while in the middle of of a set of standing bicep curls --- just isn't enough to make us stay. If you're willing to dance and workout at the same time... And you don't mind a super crowded gym... You'll be just fine.

The gym is nice. I didn't end up going as much as I had planned. I tried it out for a few months. I'm really disappointed you advertise 10 dollars a month but your charging me 50 dollars on my cancelation calling it "30 day notice" that's bull crap. Clearly I haven't been going you can see on your records. Charging that extra money is misleading and I wouldn't recommend anyone to your gym. I would much rather go to courthouse because I know what I'm getting on sign up. No hidden fees. Thanks for taking my money.

Fantastic place! It is a beautiful, airy facility with a great staff. The machines and weights one needs are all there, and enough of them to not have to wait. And they have a cinema room, where you can watch a movie on a giant screen as you work out!! The locker rooms are super clean, and actually luxurious! And a great smoothie bar to reward oneself at the end. My wife will be joining me soon because they have child care starting early in the morning. Really enjoy working out here! ~ Abram

I toured the gym recently and was very impressed with the quantity and quality of the equipment. The facility is large and roomy and set up for a lot of people, yet it doesn't seem crowded at all. The locker rooms, tanning and massage areas are all very nicely done with good privacy. The staff was also very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm definitely recommending this gym to all my friends!

Physiq Fitness is an awesome gym. The equipment is all brand new and very easy on your joints. The Hoist strength equipment moves with your body as you are either pushing or pulling so there is no strain on your back and less strain on your joints. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly. At the end of the workout, I love to treat myself to a great tasting smoothie.
