I love this place. They have enough equipment to get a professional workout, but the regulars are really nice and not ego driven. It seems as though this business has helped a lot of people find inner piece and simple self improvement. The receptionists are really sweet and the professional trainers know what they are doing. I am always pleasantly greeted and serviced to the highest of standards. Recently they replaced the lights which gives the place a alittle different ambiance. I have yet to try out any of the classes there, but some of the people in those classes really seem to find a sense of community which is really great in this information driven society. I find this place a safe environment to seek to reform for my body as my temple in the pursuits of self respect and understanding.
