Very inviting, relaxing to workout, staff is very friendly and helpful, will not go anywhere else. I love it!

My experience at Gold's Gym was a lovely one. I had heard about Gold's Gym through their staff member Abigail Horner, who convinced me to get a summer membership on my holiday from college. Being a college student, I was skeptical about spending the money to acquire a gym membership, not having great experiences with the YMCA in the past. However, Gold's Gym was a new world for me. Clean, modernized, and full of friendly staff and unique distractions from the mundane task of working out, it was well worth the money. I am so grateful to Abby for introducing me to Gold's Gym, for always having a lovely demeanor about her when working, and for giving me a goal to work to in the future, becoming a Gold's Gym member once again.

My family has lived in several states and visited many gyms. I have also owned a gym and know the difficulty of maintaining a clean facility. Erica Vasquez is unmatched when it comes to maintaining a pristine facility and interacting with customers. My husband and I have referred many people to Gold's Gym based on the cleanliness alone. The facility is well above average with respect to equipment and classes. The tipping point that sets Gold's Gym Hanover apart from comparable facilities is without a doubt the work ethic and pride of Erica Vasquez.

Gold's Gym Hanover is notable for it's sparkling cleanliness. This is from the hard work of Erica Vasquez. You never see her idle. She is friendly, energetic, and completely dedicated to keeping up the immaculate presentation of the workout areas and the outside perimeter. Bravo to Erica!

Spotless facility. Friendly staff. Equipment is always in working order. The cinema room is awesome, however, getting a little tired of the "man" shows with the violence and foul language day in and day out. Maybe they are supposed to get us pumped so that we run a little faster on the treadmills, who knows:) Have a girl pick the shows once in a while will ya! I know that we can make suggestions and I have. Regardless, this is a very nice gym with reasonable monthly dues.
