I am a new Planet Fitness member. Comparing this facility to others I've used and viewed before making a decision to join, this location meets my needs. It is close to home. When I arrive after work the facility is not overly crowded. On the weekends I workout at times when the facility is not overly crowded as well. The facility is clean. The equipment is maintained and there are enough machines for the number of people working out. The cost is reasonable. The staff is courteous. PF provides an esthetically pleasing environment to focus on my fitness goals.

Nothing wrong with the gym unless you need to have human interaction. I asked to cancel because I now have a neck injury and then was notified that I was a day late and I was going to have to pay for the month that I hadn't used. I understood there was nothing the floor employees could do but I surely expected a call back from the manager since he was not there. I left a message with Josh Bernardini and either they never gave him my info or he failed to contact me. Either way it is his fault for not having a customer contact policy in place or for being lazy. I then called corporate to notify them that I had been billed and they basically said that is the way it is and I have to deal with it. I understand that I signed the contract but I was looking for a reason to come back to the gym after surgery. Where has customer service gone? I work in retail and do whatever I can as a manager to make the customer happy and want to come back to my store. Without loyalty, you have no business, and I am out of a job.

Opened 24 hours, Tanning rooms, Red light Therapy, message beds, Great staff, Neat and clean locker rooms, Free Pizza or coffee and bagels/ donuts, once a month all with a $10 membership. The gym equipment is always in the best condition rarely close to never is there equipment that is damage or broken. The place is great with a positive atmosphere.

I really liked that I could sign up for a membership online because I don't care for being sold a membership by a salesperson. I just wanted to pay for the first month and get in. Also, based on the month to month terms and conditions contract I signed, cancellation does not seem like it will be an issue down the road. I went to the gym for the first time today. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, every machine was modern and in working order...I was very impressed. I did a lot of research prior to signing up with Planet Fitness and I believe I got the very best deal in my area.

Worst experience that I have ever had at a Planet Fitness. I asked one of the employees a question and when they didnt know the answer I asked a young male manager (I will refrain from sharing his name). He was completely rude to me and not helpful at all. He was more interested in flirting with the girls that walked in then helping me. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the other Planet Fitness.
