Wow! I had forgotten how important exercise is to me. I skipped and felt completely out of whack. I wasn't functioning smoothly. Fitness 19 is a perfect fit for me. I go in without any hoopla. I am able to proceed immediately... I focus on connecting. I am able to vary my workout to suit my needs for the day. I have been there for several years and I am still able to change up my activity. I have met several people there that have added to my experience. I thank God that I am able to have the opportunity to work out in a clean, friendly, affordable facility. I just wish Fitness 19 was open at 2:00 in the a.m., so that on the nights I can't sleep I could go and work out.:)
Have been a happy client of fitness 19 for more than 5 years. The gym and equipment is always clean. The trainers are professional and excellent at their job. Great value for the money!
Tried to cancel membership over the phone due to moving out of the area and manager refused to break policy. Demanded a letter be sent. Great way to keep customer's money.
Pretty much the worst gym in Sioux falls. Worst customer service, every attempt made to take your money. Rudest staff. Only a desperate person to loose their money would even join this gym.
I encountered poor service and, at times, pushy staff. After 6 months I decided to change and was inconvenienced several times in my attempts to drop them. They wouldn't allow me to leave without talking to management--delays on their part led to me having to pay an additional month after my switch to a different company.
