I started coming to VRT because I was tired of telling myself Im going to get in shape this new year, and it never happens. I went in and did my first work out with them. I loved it! It was stuff I had done before so I knew I could handle it, but it was all things I would not have thought of if I was doing it on my own. After that work out, CJ convinced me to keep coming. I said yes, then thought crap!! Im not going to keep up coming every day. (giving up on myself already) Well I started going and started growing a relationship with all the members there along with the AWESOME trainers there! Jessica, John, and Cj are just amazing! By the time I knew it, summer came around and I really needed to become committed. That month, I talked to CJ about my eating habits and started coming 4-5 times a week. That month alone, I lost 15 pounds, just by changing my eating habits. Cj started cooking for me to get me on the right track and had me on a whole total package! it was awesome! It literally is a lifestyle change, and I couldnt have done it with out him! He is there to help you get to your goals and he has the best attitude ever! he believes the power of positive of thinking can really get your great results! Jessica and John are other trainers there too! and they are GREAT! VRT is like a family and I would never want to leave them. I tried other workouts in the community and nothing compares to VRT! Call him if your ready for a change! He will help you make that transition be easy for you!
