After being charged $30 on top of my monthly payment, I spoke with Cheyann Hayes a "manager" and requested my membership to be terminated. So she proceeded to print the termination form, which I signed and was told by Hayes that my membership would be cancelled and the extra $30 would be put back in my bank account both of which never happened. 2 month later a charge appears from ep fitness, so I call and was notified that I'm still a member of their gym. So I was obliviously lied to. Choose a different gym! They've become too complacent and aren't putting any money back into their facilities.
Stay away from this gym. They keep charging your credit card for two months after you have cancelled your membership. Then they give you a lot of trouble of getting the cancellation form. They also want you to send the form certified here locally?? What a rip off. Find yourself another gym that won't burn you.
