charged more then twice they still claim I owe. it is very true. they are the biggest scam artist in El Paso go to planet fitness instead
I love this gym. It's cheap and it has plenty of weights and cardio equipment. Yes, it does get busy but people are friendly and it's no trouble to work in. It's super cheap and the staff are helpful.
Agree with most of the negative reviews...unfortunately we don't have many other viable options in El Paso for good gyms. I have heard numerous horror stories about cancellation policies.
They are a bunch of shady characters. even to cancel its a pain in the butt. AFTER you cancel they still charge you another month and you cant use there gyms for that month. So dont even bother calling cause they are very rude and if they dont like your compalint they just hang up on you.
