Customer service is non existent. Management seems to be too. Always unpleasant. Switching gyms.
The staff are terrible at customer service. No one ever acknowledges that I come into or out of the facility. At times there are 3-4 staff(young kids) at the front counter and they have the check in scanner positioned for you to check in yourself. When I leave(post workout), no one says have a nice day, thanks for coming etc. I called today to see if they are opened and after 5 rings the phone hangs up. In the past the only reason I would go to this gym is that it is close to my house, however a planet fitness just opened and I will be switching my membership asap.
Closes at 5 on the weekends. I don't think any other LA Fitness does that or any other gym for that matter
Place is usually dirty... Equipment is broken and often times is not ever fixed (small dryer for swimsuits or damp shirts). I don't know what the membership dues pay for because the cleaning crew operates in the most senseless Manor I have ever seen... Cleaning in the morning rather than at night right before people start coming in. No one picks up or ever organizes weights and the locker room smells like they have not wiped down the lockers in a couple years.
BAD costumer service, rude people and unhelpful.
