I love the studio would go every day if I had the chance. Unfortunately I chose to make a semi commitment to practicing at this studio and purchased a 10 class card. BIG MISTAKE. Because after I paid and came back later on I was told I didn't pay. I did not hold on to the receipt because I trusted that the establishment kept records well enough to account for their clients payments...guess that's where I was wrong. Now I'm out of $145 and am forced to leave a studio I otherwise love. Guess those be the breaks. But again make sure you KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Maybe you will have better luck.
