Gold's Gym is possibly the best gym in Laredo with lots of great equipment. The staff is friendly and the environment is always inviting. They offer a variety of classes that can help everyone achieve their own personal fitness goals. I have been a member of 4 other gyms in Laredo and Gold's Gym Del Mar is the best one by far. I would recommend this gym to everyone! :)

I have been a member since the pre-sale while the gym was under construction years ago and I liked it! Gold's Gym of Laredo has a very good service in town, location, variety of gym equipment, size of gym ...the list goes on. and I still like it and would recommend it to anyone.

Golds Gym Laredo Stays ahead of the rest of the Gyms in the general area, overall well kept gym, always adding equipment and there equipment works 99% of the time unlike the competition. They have a knowledgeable staff to assist you with any questions, if you are serious about fitness then you wouldnt have a problem investing your money in a membership with Golds, if you are one of those people that are not committed this gym might not be for you. Year round Golds gym keeps adding equipment & classes, and is getting ready to add another location in the Laredo area...

Nice gym, fairly friendly staff. Clean equipment. My biggest complaint is the hours of operation. Some people need the weekend and don't want to work out around the staff's hours. If they had better hours on fri,sat,sun I would recommend it to more people.
