Staff is getting better and they have tried to "spruce up" the place. There are better clubs out there, even for the price, however I have been loyal since the Bally Fitness days and with my original membership over 15 years ago, I still pay a one time year fee that is very affordable and just not who changing after all these years. Hopefully a better health club will buy them out VERY soon!
Rude staff, rarely someone is at the front, and if someone is their just poking at their phone not caring about customers, I've NEVER been greeted walking in. Absolutely the most filthy gym i have ever seen before in my life. I'm pretty sure they just vacuum the floor and take out the trash before closing, and thats how they 'clean'. This gym and Planet Fitness both have the same rates, but Planet Fitness doesn't keep their gym's like a pig sty. So you're not 'getting what you pay for' their just lazy about keeping the gym nice and clean. can't stand having to go here....
Manager, Dyno, was extremely rude. I had to wait 10 minutes when no one was at the front desk. Beware if you want to cancel your membership with them they make you jump through hoops. You can only cancel during business hours when the manager is there and then you have to mail the letter to some other location.
Blast Fitness-Mesquite... this place is hot(no ac), kinda dirty, staff mainly keep to themselves. My kinda place! haha I will say the no ac makes this place like a dungeon. There are other nicer Blast gyms out there but this is the closest to my house :(
Can't wait to see this place go out of business for all the same reasons as all the other bad reviews
