F...n gross. Bad customer service. Waste of money. No security no respect. Lazy employees. All female employees are distracted w male customers that work out and dirty bathrooms.
I've been to many Planet Fitnesses all over the city and country but this one is my fav, just like the cute guy who works there. :)
great gym clean friendly staff restrooms super clean
when my daughter joined, I accompanied her on a tour of the Gym, the gentleman was very personable, and explained each are and answered all our questions. They do enforce the 30 minute circuit rules if they know they are being broken. Just have to go let them know. I have been 4 times as a guest of my daughter who joined about 2 months ago. It has always been clean and the staff friendly and helpful. She loves it and doesn't want to go elsewhere even though there is a gym closer to our house.
I have been at this location for about 6 mths and it has been horrible. Multiple Car break ins and no one cares. The girls at night are extremely rude, always look mad and are lazy. It is always dirty the trash is over flowing and the bathrooms are gross. If you value your car and want to be treated like a member look elsewhere. I will definitely be going back to Marbach location.
