Treadmills VERY often are BROKEN. ROOF LEAKS!!!!! My gosh, how do you have multiple leaks in a fitness facility with electric machines everywhere? Cardio equipment is upstairs and it is VERY WARM in the summer months!!!! The AC units are too few (fans don't really help). They FREQUENTLY RUN OUT t of disinfectant spray AND towels upstairs. They FREQUENTLY run out of soap in the shower areas. Geeze, put some money in this place!!!!! Oh yes, I have told management multiple times. It is my understanding that 24 Corporate is TRYING TO SELL the company thus they are probably attempting to reduce expenses in order to boost revenue to get a better price for the company at the expense of the members.
I have been a member for over 4 years.The people are very friendly. The gym has everything you could need. There is a sense of community between members. The have some of the most awesome teachers: Kim F and Christina are phenomenal.
Smallish, but one of the nicest and cleanest sports of its design. Not busy at night.
The club itself I really like. The rules for checking in and put your kids is retarded. A manager today Would not.let me have my kids because my wife had checked them in under her number. But her account is under mine, which I pay for and they clearly know those are my kids so when I told her I was taking my kids she told me she would have to call the police. I told her to go ahead. A real manager doesnt handle situations like this.
WISH THERE COULD BE NEGATIVE STARS. Had been a member of 24 hour fitness for over 15 years, went in last April to change my address IN PERSON at the club. 6 weeks ago, my membership did not autorenew and when I called to pay for it I was told they wanted to charge me 100 per person to REINSTATE my membership, which oddly has a brand new contract. The manager Scott Yeang was more interested in lecturing me about my frustration level with HIS EMPLOYEES failure to do their job than solving the problem. STAY AWAY... customer service is clearly not the motive here. Allowing the employees to stand around, not do their job and punish the client apparently is this locations goal.
