I'm new to Yoga and new to hot Yoga, but this place makes me feel like I've been going forever. The answer all my questions and explain things to me so that I don't feel like an outsider. Their Intro Series classes really helped me to feel comfortable and understand how hot Yoga can benefit me. Yong, the owner, is great and takes a personal interest in her students. Great place to practice!

I have been a member of Sunstone Yoga in Southlake for over two years. I love the diversity of classes and the support of the staff. I never liked working out, until I started at Sunstone. I started with their 10 days of Yoga for $10 trial. I would suggest anyone give that a try. I became a member right after the trial; I even dropped my big gym membership to go. Their classes are definitely provide a tough work out, but you learn to love the heat. The instructors are all very kind and want you to succeed.

6 month ago, I had my annual health checkup, the result was my HDL (the good cholesterol) was too low) and triglyceride was too high (more than 400). I know I have to change my life style, and exercise more.” Then, I started to practice yoga at Southlake studio. At the beginning, I was so discouraged, because I cannot do any of the poses. But the instructors there ensured me only to try my best, not to compare myself with others. That was the comfort and encouragement which drove me to keep coming back. About 2 weeks ago, I had my cholesterol checked again. And this time, SURPRISE, all the numbers became normal. My triglyceride lowed from more than 400 to 98. Without take any medicine, in 6 month, I made it. It was simple, come to the studio for the practice 4 or 5 times a week.

I have tried different work outs but I love the HOT Yoga. The class atmosphere allows you to learn from others and focus on yourself at the same time. It is a great way to destress and detox your body. I would recommend this to anyone - all ages - all levels.

If you are interested in improving your strength, stamina and focus, while shaping your body, Sunstone Yoga in Southlake is the place for you! Since joining 3 months ago I have experienced amazing results and have a great time - it is not often that you can truly admit you had fun working out. Yoga, to my surprise, is really for all different types of people, who are all looking to achieve different things. The best thing about Sunstone Southlake is that it is clean, friendly and classes are offered at convenient times. The instructors are always knowlegable and helpful, and they are honestly interested in how you are progressing. The students at Sunstone Southlake are also friendly and it amazes me how every day people come in happy and leave happier, despite the stress of life outside the yoga studio.
