This gym is everything that you need if you are serious about taking it to the next level. Bobby Benavides (Owner) once was a professional body builder and now a professional strength coach for elite high school football athletes. The gym has a excellent code of ethics and Bobby will not tolerate any disrespect in the gym. He will cancel your membership and send you on your way if you are out of line. The gym has a family atmosphere and everyone works together. The gym also has a awesome Ladies only section... along with a new cross training room. I canceled My LA fitness membership after the first week at this gym. Excellent place for people who are serious about taking their body to the next level.

Love this place and have been going here for years! More specialized equipment to really train hard and never a line of people crowding the place. Highly recommended!

I have been calling on and off all day trying to get some info on start up fees and can't get anyone to answer the phone! Not impressed

This was a great place to workout, very few people from time to time and the machines you wanted was always open. Me and my bro were loyal members for 14 months and were always respectful to the man who owned the place, always their every day 3-4 hours straight and both lost 135 pounds from the dedication we put in while the other 6-7 semi-loyal members would show up every now and then. Both got kicked out today because we were the only two their today and I decided to workout with a shirt off, no big deal especially with no one their. Has signs around the room with the gym rules and none say you cant have a shirt off while working out, but when I finished my workout one of the trainers their must of said something to the owner and decided to kick us both out after 14 months of loyalty and 80$ a month payment then later lower'd to 42$... sounds great right? Anyways, its a small place and machines always free, but no mercy if you make a mistake.
