The gym is good. Lots of free weights and quality machines. My problem is after my year commitment I've moved out of state but they continue billing my credit card. I've called multiple times and to no avail. I've asked credit card provider for help.
I wouldn't even put a star if it was possible on this review. My sister and I joined up with this gym a year ago. My sister cancelled it April 30th, 2013 for both of our accounts or so we thought. We waited to cancel so there would be no cancellation fees. My sister went in signed the papers and that was it. Come to find out they only cancelled my sisters account and were continually charging my card. When I contacted the sales manager he told me to come in to discuss it in detail. Overall the experience was horrible with the communication and resolution of this issue. The managers tried to blame my sister for not filling out the form correctly when they themselves couldn't even find the form in their records, as proof to the cancellation itself, to me that sounded fishy and unprofessional. We were never given a copy or receipt of any kind, again they said that was on "us" not getting a copy for our records. They were unwilling to reimburse me for the months that I was charged. The sales manager was rude, lazy, and very unprofessional. He tried to show my sister what she "signed wrong" with no proof of the document. When the main manager was involved he was just as inconsiderate of the situation. They made a mistake and they should have fixed it. It is too bad they were unwilling to be respectful and considerate of the situation. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!
i LOVE this gym! seriously i am here every single day for at least 2 hours! the days that i dont get to come im super bummed. they have by faaarrr the best lifting selection in town and its super convenient to have all your supplements and protein here at the gym. this gym ROCKS the entire staff are all awesome and super willing to work with any questions/problems you have. haha i dont know how other people have any problems with anything cause i love it here :)
Absolutely awful. I cancelled my plan in December and as of April 4/3/13, I am still being charged. I have contacted the accountant three separate times, left a voicemail for the manager, and they never got back to me. Do not go here if you want an honest business, this definitely is not the place.
I canceled my membership and was still being charged! I would NOT recommend signing anything with these guys! They tried turning it around and made it look like I was in fault!
