My wife spent 2 weeks at the facility in the first part of August of 2012. Don't believe airline fees up to $500 are included in your fees. One week prior to her arrival date, airline reservations were still not made for her so she contacted Real Life Fitness and Health and was told if she made her own reservations, her credit card (she had to pay the entire fee up front) would be credited. To date (September 27, 2012) she still has not been reimbursed. We have left numerous telephone calls for the owner, Adam, as well as numerous emails. He never returned any of the phone calls and only several of the emails. His emails stated he would credit us ASAP but he hasn't. Today, I attempted to phone him again but his phone has been disabled.
Beware of giving Real Life Fitness and Health any money up front or you may never see it again.
