Working with Drew when he was a trainer at a federal agency in D.C. completely changed my views on fitness and diet. First of all, he taught what to eat and what not eat. Second, he was honest and forthright about what it takes to get in shape. 3rd, he made it fun. 4th, I got results. Significant results. He's the kind of the guy you would want to hang out with even if he weren't training you. I highly recommend him.
Highly recommend! I have had other trainers in the past (at ACAC and Gold's) and can honestly say that Drew Barga is the best personal trainer by far. He always has answers to my many questions and finds ways to make technical terms easy for me to understand. He also listens to my feedback and adjusts workouts accordingly, making training feel like a partnership. In the past, I've had problems with trainers giving me boring routines or pushing me too hard when I wasn't ready yet. After 8 sessions with Drew, I got the results I wanted and even more!
