I registered my 2 kids of 4 and 5 years old for swimming classes and I had a terrible experience with them. The instructors are very good, but the management simply don't know how to solve an issue. During one of the swimming lessons, there was an unusual higher number of kids per instructor (13 kids of Pike and Eel levels and only 2 instructors). A kid fell into the swimming pool and one parent had to rescue him. This accident didn't have any consequence at all, but made me nervous. I tried to talk to a member of the management, but since it was a Saturday, there was no one available. I was put through the aquatic manager, Mrs. Lokie, and the very first thing I hear is that SHE was complaining to ME because I interrupted her private life. From here on, it is easy to guess that the customer service is really bad: I received a feedback 2 days later than promised, nobody never apologized and of course, my request of having my money back for that specific day was denied. Soooo, just please be aware that everything is fine until there is an issue, be prepared to receive zero customer service.
Stay away from swimming classes at this center. Mrs. Lockie has no idea of customer service.
